CG-151
CG-151 (Triethoxyvinylsilane) is a typical vinylsilane that can undergo addition reactions via its double bonds in the presence of peroxides or free radical initiators. The ethoxy groups can hydrolyze to form silanol structures, which bond with substrates or undergo self-condensation. Compared to methoxysilanes, it offers improved hydrolytic stability, making it suitable for applications requiring high resistance to hydrolysis.
CG-171
CG-171 (Vinyltrimethoxysilane) is a typical vinyl silane that can undergo double bond addition reactions in the presence of peroxides or radical initiators. The methoxy groups can hydrolyze to form silanol structures with higher reactivity than ethoxy groups, making them prone to self-condensation reactions. The silanol structures can form covalent bonds with hydroxyl groups on substrate surfaces.
CG-172
CG-172 (Vinyl tris(2-methoxyethoxy) silane) is a typical vinyl silane that can undergo double bond addition reactions in the presence of peroxides or radical initiators. The alkoxy groups can hydrolyze to form silanol structures, which are prone to self-condensation reactions, and the silanol structures can bond with hydroxyl groups on the substrate surface. It has lower reactivity than CG-151, and compared to CG-151/171 which produces ethanol/methanol, ethylene glycol monomethyl ether has a boiling point of up to 124°C, effectively reducing VOC generation and lowering porosity in certain applications.
CG-173
CG-173 (Tri(isopropoxy)vinylsilane) is a silane coupling agent containing both vinyl and isopropoxy functional groups, used for coupling inorganic materials (glass fiber, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, etc.) with organic polymers (EPDM, POE, LDPE, EVA, etc.). Compared to vinyltrimethoxysilane, it features a higher boiling point and flash point, providing safer use.
CG-2150
CG-2150 (Dichloro(methyl)vinylsilane) is used to synthesize vinyl silicone rubber with high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, moisture resistance, and electrical insulation properties, as well as other high polymers such as vinyl silicone oil, MQ silicone resin, and silicone gel.
CG-2151
CG-2151 (Methylvinyldimethoxysilane) is used for synthesizing vinyl silicone rubber with high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, moisture resistance, and electrical insulation properties, as well as other high polymers such as vinyl silicone oil, MQ silicone resin, and silicone gel.
CG-V4
CG-V4 (2,4,6,8-Tetravinyl-2,4,6,8-tetramethylcyclotetrasiloxane) is primarily used as an additive (intermediate) in the production of high-vinyl silicone oil, addition-cure silicone rubber, liquid silicone rubber, high-vinyl silicone rubber, and vinyl hydroxyl silicone oil, and serves as a basic raw material for synthesizing various silicone rubbers.
