CG-540
CG-540 (3-trimethoxysilylpropan-1-amine) has methoxy groups that hydrolyze to form Si-OH, releasing methanol. The hydrolysis rate is faster than that of CG-550 (3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane), followed by condensation with hydroxyl groups on inorganic material surfaces to form Si-O-M bonds. The reactive amino group (-NH2) can react with various organic functional groups such as carboxylic acids, phenolic resins, polyesters, and epoxies.
CG-545
CG-545 (N,N-dimethyl-3-(trimethoxysilyl)propylamine) functions as an adhesion promoter for sealants. Due to the characteristics of an aminosilane with no active protons, it provides system stability in one-component polyurethane, epoxy, and silicone sealant systems. Additionally, it is used to synthesize organosilicon cationic bactericides.
CG-547
CG-547 (N,N-diethyl-3-(trimethoxysilyl)propylamine) functions as an adhesion promoter for sealants. Due to its amine silane characteristics with no active protons, it provides system stability in one-component polyurethane, epoxy, and silicone systems. Additionally, it is used to synthesize silicone cationic bactericides.
CG-550
CG-550 (3-Aminopropyltriethoxysilane) hydrolyzes to form silanol with the release of ethanol, which then condenses with hydroxyl groups on inorganic material surfaces to form Si-O-M bonds. The active amino group (-NH2) can react with various organic functional groups such as carboxylic acids, phenolics, polyesters, and epoxides. It can participate in reactions with various thermosetting, thermoplastic, and elastomeric materials.
CG-552
CG-552 (Bis[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]amine) contains six hydrolyzable functional groups, with slightly higher hydrolysis activity and slightly lower alkalinity compared to CG-550. It can couple organic polymers and inorganic fillers to enhance their adhesion, improving the mechanical, electrical, water resistance, and anti-aging properties of products, and can partially replace applications of 550.
CG-602
CG-602 (3-(2-Aminoethylamino)propyl-dimethoxymethylsilane) is an organosilane with active diamino groups and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilane groups. It functions as an additive for furan and phenolic resins to improve flexural strength and shelf life. It serves as a primer or additive to enhance the adhesion of inorganic materials to substrates. It acts as a fabric finishing agent to improve hydrophilic, smooth, and soft properties of fabrics. It is also used as a raw material for synthesizing amino-functional siloxanes.
CG-632
CG-632 (N-[3-[dimethoxy(methyl)silyl]propyl]cyclohexanamine) functions as an adhesion promoter for sealants, adhesives, and coatings, improving the dispersibility, compatibility, and binding of pigments and fillers in resins. In coatings, inks, and sealants, it enhances the wear resistance, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance of resin coatings, extending their service life. As a raw material for synthesizing fabric finishing agents, it improves the hydrophilicity, stain resistance, and elasticity of the finishing agents.
CG-633
CG-633 (N-[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propylcyclohexylamine]) is used as an adhesion promoter for sealants, adhesives, and coatings, improving the dispersibility, compatibility, and bonding of pigments and fillers in resins. When used in coatings, inks, and sealants, it enhances the wear resistance, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and weatherability of resin coatings, extending their service life.
CG-6051
CG-6051 (3-[2-(2-Aminoethylamino)ethylamino]propyl-trimethoxysilane) is a triamino trialkoxysilane used as an additive or formulated into a primer solution for various coatings, inks, sealants, and sealants. In foundry resins, it improves the bonding strength and water resistance of silica sand.
CG-A118
CG-A118 (N-[3-(Trimethoxysilyl)propyl]aniline) functions as an adhesion promoter between polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic, phenolic resins and glass, metals, glass fiber, inorganic fillers. It is also applicable in adhesives, sealants, coatings, glass fiber sizing agents and surface treatment agents, primers, and foundry sand binders.
