CG-103
CG-103 (Methyltrimethoxysilane) is primarily used as a crosslinking agent for room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber, a surface treatment agent for glass fiber, and a treatment agent for reinforced plastic laminates to improve the mechanical strength, heat resistance, and moisture resistance of the products.
CG-630
CG-630 (Cyclohexyldimethoxymethylsilane) is used as an adhesion promoter for sealants, adhesives, and coatings. It improves the dispersibility, compatibility, and bonding of pigments and fillers in resins. In coatings, inks, and sealants, it enhances the wear resistance, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance of resin coatings, extending their service life. As a raw material for fabric finishing agents, it improves the hydrophilicity, stain resistance, and elasticity of the finishing agents.
CG-631
CG-631 (Cyclohexyltrimethoxysilane) functions as an adhesion promoter for sealants, adhesives, and coatings. It improves the dispersibility, compatibility, and binding of pigments and fillers in resins. In applications such as coatings, inks, and sealants, it enhances the abrasion resistance, adhesion, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance of resin coatings, extending their service life. As a raw material for synthesizing fabric finishing agents, it improves the overall performance of the finishing agents, including hydrophilicity, stain resistance, and elasticity.
CG-636
CG-636 (cyclohexyl(triethoxy)silane) functions as an electron-donating silane in vulcanized rubber, polypropylene resin, and SBR olefin polymerization reactions. It improves heat resistance, tensile strength, weather resistance, flexibility, elasticity, stiffness, and erosion resistance. It is used to synthesize silicon resins with low permeability and high sulfur resistance, and for modification of optical semiconductors.
CG-801
CG-801 (Triethoxyoctylsilane) has three ethoxy groups that easily hydrolyze to form Si-OH structures. This monofunctional silane can modify the surface of glass, quartz sand, metals, and powder fillers to provide good hydrophobic properties, and can also improve the compatibility between fillers and resins.
