Grade: CG-Ti575
Titanium diisopropoxide
CG-Ti575 (Titanium diisopropoxide) is an additive for coatings and inks. It reacts with groups containing active hydrogen on ink resins and substrates, such as -OH, -COOH, -NH2, -CONH2, -SH, etc., to form crosslinking bridges that increase molecular weight, thereby improving the heat resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and drying properties of resin coatings.

Packaging and Storage
This product can be packaged in 25 kg plastic drums, 200 kg plastic drums, or steel drums. Other package sizes are available upon request. Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry place in tightly sealed containers, protected from light. Keep away from moisture and sources of ignition. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed and effectively isolates the product from air; moisture in the air can react quickly, thereby leading to hydrolysis and polymerization. Shelf life in the original unopened packaging is one year. This product is irritating to skin and eyes. If it contacts skin, wash with soap. If it contacts eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Application
CG-Ti575 is an additive for coatings and inks, recommended for use at temperatures not exceeding 40°C. It reacts with groups containing active hydrogen on substrates, such as -OH, -COOH, -NH2, -CONH2, -SH, etc., to form crosslinking bridges that increase molecular weight, thereby improving the heat resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and drying properties of resin coatings. The crosslinking action of titanate improves the adhesion of inks and coatings to substrates. It is suitable for solvent-based inks and coatings to enhance adhesion, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and water resistance to plastic substrates such as OPP and PE.
CG-Ti575 is used for surface treatment of some fillers and fibers.
