Bis[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]tetrasulfide
CG-Si69 (Bis[3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl]tetrasulfide) is a multifunctional organosilicone rubber and tire additive successfully applied in the rubber industry. It improves the elastic modulus and tensile strength of rubber, significantly enhances wear resistance and compression performance, while reducing rubber viscosity and saving processing energy.

Packaging and Storage
This product can be packaged in 25 kg plastic drums, 200 kg plastic drums, or steel drums. Other package sizes are available upon request. Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry place in tightly sealed containers, protected from light. Keep away from moisture and sources of ignition. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed and effectively isolates the product from air; moisture in the air can react quickly, thereby leading to hydrolysis and polymerization. Shelf life in the original unopened packaging is one year. This product is irritating to skin and eyes. If it contacts skin, wash with soap. If it contacts eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Application
CG-Si69 improves wear resistance, reduces hysteresis, enhances modulus, maximizes adhesion properties, improves processing performance, tread wear resistance, thermal cracking resistance, bonding between tire body and fillers, and bonding in tire cushion layers.
CG-Si69 modifies white carbon black/carbon black to promote their dispersion in rubber, increases bound rubber content, wet skid resistance, and wear performance of carbon black/rubber composites, while reducing rolling resistance.
CG-Si69 improves rubber additive performance and enhances the strength of subsequent rubber products.
CG-Si69 improves the stability of rubber systems, enhances yellowing resistance, and increases the tear strength of rubber used in shoe soles.
