Propyltrimethoxysilane hydrolyzate oligomer
CG-3011 (Propyltrimethoxysilane hydrolyzate oligomer) is an oligomer obtained by the hydrolysis and polymerization of partial Si-OCH3 groups in propyltrimethoxysilane. Compared to small-molecule silane compounds, it features low odor, low volatility, and a high flash point. Its structure retains Si-OCH3 groups, maintaining good reactivity, and the silane propyl group provides hydrophobic performance.

Packaging and Storage
This product can be packaged in 25 kg plastic drums, 200 kg plastic drums, or steel drums. Other package sizes are available upon request. Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry place in tightly sealed containers, protected from light. Keep away from moisture and sources of ignition. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed and effectively isolates the product from air; moisture in the air can react with it, thereby leading to hydrolysis and polymerization. Shelf life in the original unopened packaging is one year. This product is irritating to skin and eyes. If it contacts skin, wash with soap. If it contacts eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Application
CG-3011 can be applied to the surfaces of substrates such as metals, cement, concrete, and ceramics. Due to the hydrophobic performance of the silane propyl group in its structure, it is suitable for use as a metal protective agent, building waterproofing agent, and for anti-fouling treatment of glass and cultural artifacts.
CG-3011 functions as a crosslinking agent and a coating film additive due to its crosslinking properties. It can also be used to improve the compatibility between fillers and resins, and serves as a crosslinking agent for silicone rubber.
