Application
CG-3202 acts as a structure control agent in the silicone rubber field; the silazane preferentially reacts with hydroxyl groups on the surface of silica to passivate them, achieving the purpose of anti-structuring.
CG-3202 is used in organic synthesis (pharmaceutical synthesis) as a protecting agent, catalyst, and activator for functional groups (hydroxyl, carboxyl, amino, carbonyl, unsaturated bonds), as well as a silylating reagent.
CG-3202 functions as a chip cleaning agent in the electronics industry, a photoresist tackifier, and a precursor for the CVD deposition of silicon nitride thin films.
CG-3202 serves as a stabilizer for lithium battery electrolytes, improving battery charging and discharging efficiency and lifespan.
CG-3202 is used for surface hydrophobic treatment of inorganic fillers such as silica.
