Dichloromethyltriethoxysilane
CG-ND43 (Dichloromethyltriethoxysilane) is one of the alpha-silane product series. Its organic reactive functional groups are located very close to the central silicon atom. The shorter alkyl chain segment enhances the reactivity of the ethoxy groups attached to the silicon atom. Its hydrolysis rate is significantly faster than that of common γ-aminosilanes, resulting in a faster curing speed of the final products.

Application
CG-ND43 is used as a surface treatment agent for bonding silicone rubber to metals, improving the adhesion between silicone rubber and metals.
CG-ND43 is used as a curing agent for room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber, as well as a curing agent and adhesion promoter for epoxy resins. It enables room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber to bond to glass, ceramics, cement, various plastics, and most metals. The bond strength is higher than the intrinsic strength of the silicone rubber itself, and its resistance to high and low temperatures, electrical properties, and other characteristics are compatible with those of silicone rubber.
