N-(triethoxysilylmethyl)aniline
CG-ND42 (N-(triethoxysilylmethyl)aniline) is one of the alpha-silane series products. Its organic reactive functional group is close to the central silicon atom, and the shorter alkyl chain segment makes the ethoxy group connected to the silicon atom more reactive. Its hydrolysis rate is faster than ordinary gamma-type amino silanes, resulting in faster curing speeds for the products.

Packaging and Storage
This product can be packaged in 25 kg plastic drums, 200 kg plastic drums, or steel drums. Other package sizes are available upon request. Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry place in tightly sealed containers, protected from light. Keep away from moisture and sources of ignition. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed and effectively isolates the product from air; moisture in the air can react quickly, thereby leading to hydrolysis and polymerization. Shelf life in the original unopened packaging is one year. This product is irritating to skin and eyes. If it contacts skin, wash with soap. If it contacts eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Application
CG-ND42 is used as a surface treatment agent for bonding silicone rubber to metals to improve the adhesion between silicone rubber and metals.
CG-ND42 is used as a curing agent for room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber, as well as a curing agent and tackifier for epoxy resins. It enables RTV silicone rubber to bond to glass, ceramics, cement, various plastics, and most metals, with bonding strength exceeding that of the silicone rubber itself, and its high and low-temperature resistance and electrical performance are compatible with the silicone rubber.
