Application

• CG-151 contains vinyl and methylsilyl functional groups, functioning as both a coupling agent and a crosslinking agent. It is suitable for polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and unsaturated polyester, and can be applied in inks, coatings, sealants, glass fiber, filler treatment, resin modification, and cable compound fields. Its reactivity is slightly lower than that of vinyltrimethoxysilane.

• CG-151 is used as a comonomer or grafting component to prepare various polymers, such as acrylic emulsions and styrene-butadiene latex, to improve the water resistance, adhesion, and scrub resistance of the polymers.

• CG-151 can bond with inorganic fillers and organic polymer powders reactive to vinyl groups, hydrophobizing the filler surface and providing vinyl active functional groups.

• CG-151 can be added to various silane-modified polymer-based sealants as a crosslinking curing component.

• CG-151 is suitable for polyethylene materials and copolymers of all densities and complex shapes, as well as filled composites with a wide processing latitude. It can be used at higher temperatures, and the resulting products possess properties such as stress crack resistance, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance.
