The company's Silane Coupling Agent R&D Center was established in 2011 and was recognized in 2015 as a Jiangxi Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. In 2021, the center was further approved to establish the Jiangxi Provincial Innovation Center for Organosilane Coupling Agent Technology.

Currently, the R&D Center operates across three locations: Hukou County in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province; Nanjing, Jiangsu Province; and Tongling, Anhui Province. It is supported by a highly educated, professionally accredited, and innovation-driven team, designated as a “Double Hundred, Double Thousand” innovation team by Jiujiang City. The center has over 100 R&D personnel, including more than 70 technical professionals, 5 with senior professional titles, 12 with intermediate titles, 2 PhDs, and over 20 with master’s degrees.
